This is interesting and just plain creepy. The Matrix was released in 1999 and in one scene when Agent Smith is questioning Neo you can see his passport. If you look closely you can see a bunch of information (birthday, address, etc.) but what is of interest is that the passport expires on 9/11/2001. I know it is coincidental, but still looking at it today… Wow!
Picked up my new laptop today! Sweet! Writing this very post from it now. Its a pretty nice Toshiba Satellite laptop. Not too shabby. My only beef so far is that it came with Vista Home Premium. Not a huge fan of Vista but I’ll try it out for a bit and see how it goes. The really neat thing is that though the laptop is Vista it seems that the default install was Vista 64bit! All you non-geeks can ignore that last part. Anyway, love the new laptop and worse case with Vista is I blow it away and install Linux.

Nice to see you ignored the title of my post… Anyway, forget everything you’ve read about Heath Ledger as the Joker. Until you actually see his performance you can’t adequately comprehend how incredible it is. I was convinced that he was a psychopath after about two minutes. Bale, Eckhart, Caine, Oldman, and Freeman were all great, but Heath Ledger stole this movie. It is chilling to watch and I highly recommend everyone go and see this movie at least once. I saw it in IMAX and it was that much better 
Its sad that we can never see the Joker portrayed like this again.
Last night Eric had a horrible bloody nose. To top it all of he rubbed blood all over his face. I have included some pics of Eric from the war torn battlefield (i.e. Eric vs his nose) and a video with him in the bath explaining what happened. You can’t make this stuff up!
I’m a fan of Joss Whedon (Buff, Angel, Firefly, etc.) so when I found his latest project I had to check it out. It was completely funded out of pocket by Whedon which makes it all the more impressive. It’s called Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog and it is a three part web epic starring Nathan Fillion (Firefly) as the arrogant superhero Captain Hammer and Neil Patrick Harris as the misunderstood villain Dr. Horrible. It’s damn funny and I highly recommend everyone check it out. It was free to watch until a couple of days ago and now can be purchased through iTunes. There also is plans for a DVD in the works.

Wtf!?!? Microsoft recently commissioned a survey that asked several questions about gaming habits. Turns out almost 1 in 4 Canadians (23%) enjoy gaming in the nude. Yep naked gaming is all the rage. I have two comments on this. The first is why would a survey even ask such a question and the second is that I can assure you I am wearing pants.
